Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to manage government contracts and support a Space and Military Intel team on advanced technology programs in McLean, VA.

Qualifications

The Opportunity:

As a Subcontracts Administrator, you use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical documents. We need you to bring your subcontract management knowledge to our Space and Military Intel team, where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable collaborator who finds creative solutions to complex problems for an advanced technology company.

On our team, you’ll use your subcontracts administration, procurement, and proposal experience to capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts. In this role, you’ll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning stages to completion. You’ll review and analyse solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies as it relates to Booz Allen's subcontractors and suppliers. As a trusted business partner, you’ll negotiate and administer subcontracts in support of various U.S. government customers across a breadth of prime contract types. You’ll also use your negotiation, price analysis, FAR, and finance skills to support the mission.

You Have:

• Experience in contract administration, negotiations, or proposal preparation
• Experience supporting proposals in a demanding and fast-paced environment for Defence, National Security, and Civil federal acquisitions

Nice If You Have:

• Experience evaluating software license agreements to ensure conformance with federal regulations, including GSAM or GSAR
• Experience providing instruction about contract requirements and procurement processes
• Ability to multitask and prioritise based on demand of requirements or workload

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organisational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualised USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
