Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in procurement, subcontracts, or supply chain management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of procurement and government contracting principles (FAR/DFARS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address subcontractor issues and support program needs.
  • Perform additional duties as required by senior subcontracts administrators and management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Subcontracts Administrator II supports the senior subcontracts team in managing procurement and subcontracting activities for government and commercial programs. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit, stand, stoop, reach, lift (up to 10 lbs.), bend, etc. Hand and wrist dexterity to utilize the computer.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
  • May require 10% travel to subcontractor sites and special company functions.
Special Requirements
  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3) required.
  • Must be able to travel within the Continental U.S. and internationally when required.

Salary Range

$70,500 – $107,750

ITAR Requirement

This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). Applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR and EAR, or be eligible for an export license approved by the governing agency. Compliance with ITAR/EAR requirements is essential for this role.
