Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Subcontract Administrator Assistant in Cheyenne, WY to assist subcontract professionals, prepare status reports, and ensure contract compliance on a major energy project. The role provides exposure to a large-scale EPC environment and relies on strong documentation and organizational skills. You will support meetings, trainings, and daily project tasks on site in Cheyenne, with access to Bechtel's extensive Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• Skill in preparing and administering contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Support subcontract professionals with routine duties and closeout.
• Assist with small-value service agreements.

• Assist with tasks per guidebooks and automated systems.
• Monitor subcontract performance areas.
• Investigate subcontract issues as assigned.
• Organize materials for meetings and status reports.
• Collaborate with Digital Supply Chain and automation tools.
