Job summary

Southern Industries Home Improvement is seeking skilled installers to join our team. You will professionally measure, cut, and fit materials for a precise finish on windows, doors, siding, and roofing projects, ensuring excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction on every job site.

Join our high-volume, year-round operation with provided materials and a supportive production team. You will work independently, lift heavy loads, and maintain safety standards while delivering quality results.

Qualifications

• Experience installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters or other home-improvement tasks (min 2 years preferred).
• Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working at heights.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut materials per manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Install windows, doors, siding, or roofing with craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Coordinate with production staff for materials, scheduling, and inspections.
