Job summary

Southern Industries Home Improvement in South Carolina is seeking skilled installers to join our production team. You’ll measure, cut, and fit materials for windows, doors, baths, siding, and roofing projects, delivering quality finishes on every site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, siding, or similar home improvement projects.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and perform physical labor.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the jobsite.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening if required.

• Professionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials for a clean, precise finish.
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail on every installation.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Collaborate with production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays.
• Represent Southern Industries Home Improvement on site with professionalism.
