Job summary
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Subcontract Technical Engineer (level 2) or Principal Subcontract Technical Engineer (level 3) to join the Sentinel Program in Roy, Utah. The role focuses on analyzing supply chain solutions, managing risks, and serving as the main liaison to the Subcontractor Management team. Requires U.S.
citizenship and Secret clearance. Candidates should have STEM degrees and experience in contracting, supply chain, and systems engineering.
Qualifications
- US Citizen with active Secret clearance
- 1+ year in contracting, acquisitions, supply chain, or procurement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM
- Experience applying systems security engineering principles
- Ability to communicate and present technical approaches clearly
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor supplier deliverables
- Coordinate SDRL review with SSE team
- Assign and track progress of reviews
- Ensure timely response to supplier deliverables
- Data entry of comments into K2 or Enovia
- Support engineers to evaluate contract requirements
- Manage delivery of subcontract data packages
- Develop subcontract policies with contracts/purchasing
- Review SOW and identify SDRLs and resolve discrepancies
