Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, UT, is seeking a Principal Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist to join its Sentinel program team. The role focuses on subcontract management, supplier development, and strategic sourcing within a fast-paced aerospace environment.

This full-time position offers a 9/80 schedule and relocation assistance. As part of the team, you will own contractual management for suppliers, drive cost efficiency, and coordinate with contracts, engineering and quality to

Qualifications

Requires US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience; 3 years with a master’s degree.
Experience with FAR provisions and cradle-to-grave subcontract administration.
Experience preparing subcontractor RFP packages and supporting the acquisition process.

Responsibilities

Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions.
Sources and procures specialized goods and services.
Owns contractual management for the supplier.
Responsible for source selection from contract proposal to execution phases.
Coordinates and collaborates with contracts, engineering, quality, supplier development, planning, operations, program and end-users.
