You will be the Subcontract Program Management Mgr for the Subcontract Program Management Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance, and managing program risks.

As the Subcontract Program Management Mgr you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end subcontract effort across multiple contracts and programs.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional experience managing subcontract-oriented programs or projects, including responsibility for budget, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Experience supervising or leading a team of associate managers, supervisors, or exempt professionals.
• Proven experience communicating with internal stakeholders, external customers, and cross-functional peers (e.g., documented liaison or coordination activities on multi-disciplinary projects).
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex issues by analyzing multiple factors and formulating actionable recommendations (e.g., documented risk-assessment or decision-analysis work).

• Ability to set strategic direction for subcontract programs and align resources with long-term business objectives.
• Experience making high-impact financial, staffing, or public-relations decisions for large-scale contracts.
• Demonstrated skill in fostering cross-functional collaboration and driving achievement of organizational goals.

• Familiarity with advanced program-management tools and methodologies (e.g., Earned Value Management, risk-based decision frameworks).

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $116100.00 - $215700.00
