Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a Lead Subcontracts Specialist to guide end-to-end FAR 15 proposals and subcontracts for aerospace programs in Tempe. You will mentor the Mechanical Assembly Government Sourcing team while ensuring compliant submissions and strong supplier performance.

The role covers proposal development through fulfillment of sales orders, concluding with negotiating subcontracts or long-term agreements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in: Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Law & Contracts (L&C), Business or Finance
• U.S. Person status (due to contractual requirements)
• Experience with FAR 15 subcontracting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation capabilities and processes

Responsibilities

• Execute FAR 15 subcontracts in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and applicable regulations
• Develop strong negotiation strategies for contract execution
• Train and mentor team members
• Build supplier strategies to deliver best value to Honeywell
• Deliver compliant FAR 15 proposal packages to government customers
• Partner closely with Pricing to ensure compliant submissions
• Negotiate FAR 15-compliant subcontracts with suppliers

Job description

This position leads the end-to-end lifecycle of FAR 15 proposals and subcontracts in support of key Aerospace programs. The selected candidate will support the Mechanical Assembly Government Sourcing team and will be responsible for mentoring team members while leading assigned commodities.

The role spans from proposal development through fulfillment of sales orders and concludes with negotiating subcontracts or long-term purchase agreements. The Lead Subcontracts Specialist ensures compliance, collaborates cross-functionally, and drives supplier performance.
