• 5+ years with procurement software.
• Experience managing at least 5-7 subs at one time.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to escalate and problem solve without upper management intervention.

Responsibilities

• Administer subcontract agreements and related documentation.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure alignment with GMP delivery, change management, notices, risk allocation, and schedule impacts.
• Serve as primary point of contact for subcontract-related correspondence with the client and vendors.
• Collaborate with Project Contract Manager to manage commercial documentation and contractual compliance.
• Mitigate risk throughout project execution and ensure costs, obligations, and risk allocations flow down from the prime contract.
• Oversee multiple subcontractors and manage a high volume of contract documents.

Insight Global is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the engineering, procurement, and construction of hyperscale, mission-critical data center projects across the United States for a leading energy company to sit in the Shreveport, LOU or Houston, TX area. This role will be responsible for administering subcontract agreements, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring alignment between client contract requirements and subcontractor obligations related to GMP delivery, change management, notices, risk allocation, and schedule impacts. Serving as the primary point of contact for subcontract-related correspondence, the Contracts Administrator will partner closely with the Project Contract Manager to manage commercial documentation, maintain contractual compliance, and mitigate risk throughout project execution. This individual will oversee multiple subcontractors, support administration of a high volume of contract documents, and help ensure costs, obligations, and risk allocations are accurately captured and flowed down in accordance with the prime contract.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
