Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience, including two years in management.
• JD or law degree considered; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Experience leading negotiations of grants, contracts, subcontracts and other agreements.
• Able to manage others and coordinate multiple tasks within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the subaward team, manage workflows, and mentor staff.
• Draft and negotiate subaward agreements and amendments.
• Coordinate annual subrecipient audit compliance reviews.
• Support ASU Contracts process with departments and sponsors; ensure regulatory compliance.
