Job summary

Arizona State University Knowledge Enterprise seeks a focused and responsible Management Intern to support the Contracting Services team. The role involves assisting with contracts, NDA, MTA, and related documents, under supervision, and enabling smooth communication with ASU departments and sponsors.

The position is well-suited for a law student or pre-law student who wants hands-on experience in research operations, contract preparation, and compliance across multiple colleges and sponsors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and independent work skills.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook.
• Law student or pre-law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Contracting Services (CS) team and ASU departments.
• Prepare pre-drafted correspondence and documents.
• Assist with drafting and monitoring agreements using ASU templates.
• Perform data entry tasks in Word, Excel, and ERA.
• Respond to inquiries from staff and external parties and triage tasks.
