Job summary

Mastria Auto Group is seeking a motivated Subaru Trade-Up Advantage Program Specialist in Raynham, MA. You will build relationships with customers, explain trade-in options, and present upgrade opportunities using digital handouts and in-dealership conversations.

The role supports a 5-day work week (9am–6pm), with Saturdays required, and offers competitive daily compensation, paid vacations, life insurance, medical/dental coverage, and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior sales or automotive experience is helpful, but not required.
• Comfort with CRM tools, iPad, and general technology.
• Willingness to learn dealership specific tools.
• Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of new car inventory, incentives, and Trade-Up offers.
• Review daily service appointments to analyze equity positions and identify qualified customers.
• Initiate face-to-face conversations to introduce Trade-Up Program and present upgrade opportunities.
• Explain benefits of trading up to a new Subaru, including updated safety features.
• Collaborate with service and sales to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Log all customer interactions in CRM with notes and outcomes.
• Follow up with leads and unsold customers to maintain relationships.
• Provide backup showroom floor coverage when needed.
• Schedule in-dealership appointments and track activity in CRM.
• Present trade values and monthly payment options to customers.
