Mastria Auto Group is seeking automotive technicians to diagnose, maintain, and repair Subaru vehicles in a modern, well-equipped service facility in Raynham, MA. The role offers a pathway from entry-level to Master Technician with access to manufacturer training and ongoing skill development.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Subaru vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
• Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, recalls, and more advanced diagnostic work based on experience level
• Complete thorough multi-point inspections and identify recommended repairs and maintenance
• Utilize Subaru diagnostic equipment, technical information, and service procedures
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly with service advisors
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
• Stay current on Subaru technical service bulletins, manufacturer updates, and training
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on delivering an exceptional Subaru ownership experience

What You'll Do

Diagnose, maintain, and repair Subaru vehicles according to manufacturer specifications

Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, recalls, and more advanced diagnostic work based on experience level

What We're Looking For

Automotive technician experience ranging from entry-level to Master Technician

Subaru experience or Subaru certifications strongly preferred for experienced-level positions

Experience with another manufacturer? We welcome technicians looking to transition their skills to Subaru

ASE certifications preferred but not required

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

Ability to learn and work with manufacturer-specific technology and repair procedures

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous improvement

Positive attitude and team-first mindset
