Kendall Honda of Eugene is seeking a Service Advisor to join Kendall Auto Group's service team. You will be the first contact for customers, coordinating with technicians and sales staff to propose repairs and maintenance and to ensure timely, accurate work and clear communication.

Qualifications

2 years of service writing experience preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items for customers.
Experience in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Responsibilities

Interface with customers, technicians and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Verify work was properly performed and diagnosed.
Research vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
Input and maintain customer information; complete tasks efficiently and in an organized manner.
Communicate with customers via telephone, email and chat and schedule service appointments.
