Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in product or retail sales preferred.
• Competitive drive and customer care focus.
• Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals.
• Obtain product knowledge and describe vehicle features clearly.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable vehicle options.
• Promote vehicle protection plans and financing options.
• Lead the sales process and collaborate with the Finance team; use CRM to manage relationships.
