Job summary

Schomp Subaru in Aurora, CO is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the sales team with cash handling, credit applications, and contract funding. This full-time hourly role requires accuracy, math aptitude, and an interest in finance.

Training is provided and opportunities for career growth are offered. You’ll work with the sales staff to ensure timely processing of finance docs, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Math aptitude.
• Interest in Finance.
• Loan processing or credit report experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
• This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.
