Job summary

Schomp Subaru in Aurora, CO is seeking an hourly Finance Clerk to handle deposits, process credit applications, and manage contract documentation. This role supports the sales team and ensures timely fundings while maintaining accuracy.

The position requires a high school diploma, attention to detail, math aptitude, and an interest in finance. Weekend shifts are included as part of Full Time employment with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Math aptitude.
• Interest in Finance.
• Loan processing or credit report experience a plus.
• Ability to work past regular shift, as needed, to complete customer's transactions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
• This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.
