Schomp Automotive Group is hiring a seasoned Subaru Master Technician at our Aurora, CO location. This full-time role emphasizes mentorship, culture, and delivering high-quality service.

You will diagnose and repair vehicles, mentor teammates, and uphold a positive, respectful work environment. Qualified candidates have at least five years as a Subaru technician in a dealership/service center, a complete tool set, and a valid driver’s license.

• Certified Master Subaru Technician required.
• At least five years of full-time Subaru technician experience in a dealership or service center.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach coworkers and train less-experienced teammates.
• Maintain a positive, respectful shop culture.
• Service vehicles for routine maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose engines and mechanical/electrical issues and recommend repairs.
• Work with team to meet dealership, group, and manufacturer goals.
