Job summary

Collingswood Manor, a UMC Community in Collingswood, NJ, is seeking a Subacute Registered Nurse for per diem shifts. You will care for short-term rehab residents, with 12-hour day shifts, and no nights.

Earn $40.33-$50.33 per hour depending on experience while working on discharge planning and care transitions. You’ll assess residents, administer medications, coordinate with the care team, and document in Point Click Care EMR.

Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in New Jersey.
• 1 year of experience as an RN.
• Prior experience with Point Click Care EMR system.

Earn $40.33 - $50.33 per hour on 12-hour day shifts, never nights, caring for short-term rehab residents at Collingswood Manor in Collingswood, NJ.

Who you'll care for

Our subacute residents are recovering from surgery, illness, or a hospital stay, and most are working toward going home. As a per diem RN, you help them get there, one shift at a time.

What you'll do

• Assess residents, catch changes early, and act on them
• Give medications and treatments safely and chart accurately
• Handle admissions, transfers, and discharges so care stays on track
• Join care planning and team meetings with therapy, physicians, and the full care team
• Work with therapists to track each resident's progress toward discharge
• Keep residents and families informed and involved

What you'll need

Required:

• Active RN license valid in New Jersey
• 1 year of experience as an RN
• Prior experience with Point Click Care EMR system

Preferred:

• Experience in subacute, skilled nursing, rehab, or hospital med-surg

Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts, 5:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
• No night shifts
• Per diem, as needed
