Essential Job Functions

• Slice, cut, weigh merchandise, and prepare sandwich orders in a courteous manner.
• Maintain the prep area and keep cases filled.
• Control freshness by coding and rotating products; remove out-of-code merchandise daily.
• Price all products legibly according to the price book.
• Maintain and promote new items and weekly specials.
• Communicate any temperature failures to the manager.
• Follow department policies and procedures.
• Maintain a neat personal appearance according to dress code.
• Greet customers and be observant.
• Abide by all company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Supplemental Job Functions

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in food preparation.
