Job Summary:

Provide courteous customer service in the sub shop and prepare orders to meet customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Slice, cut, weigh merchandise, and prepare orders in a courteous manner.
2. Prepare sandwich orders to customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain the prep area and keep cases filled.
4. Ensure product freshness by coding, rotating, and removing out-of-code merchandise daily.
5. Legibly price all products according to the price book.
6. Maintain and promote new items and weekly specials.
7. Communicate any temperature failures of cases or storage areas to the manager.
8. Follow policies and procedures established for the department.
9. Maintain a neat personal appearance per dress code.
10. Greet customers and stay observant.
11. Follow all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Supplemental Job Functions:

1. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
2. Assist in food preparation as needed.
