Job summary

Wegmans in Ithaca, NY is seeking a Food Service Shift Leader for the Sub Shop. This full-time role offers a base hourly pay of $22–$22.75 with a potential bonus up to $1,500, and requires at least 1 year of experience or a college degree.

Availability includes mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with a focus on freshness, quality and customer education. You will lead the team, engage customers, and ensure knowledgeable service while maintaining Wegmans’ standards in a fast-paced
