Job summary

INSIGHT in Chicago is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support principal investigators, manage study visits, consent processes, and regulatory documents.

You will coordinate site initiation, monitor visits, maintain study databases, and ensure adherence to GCP, IRB approvals, and sponsor requirements. Bachelor’s in health-related field with CRC experience required; certifications preferred; willing to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field required.
• Two years healthcare or human research experience preferred.
• GCP and IATA certification required or willingness to obtain within first month.
• SOCRA or ACRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assist PIs in study design and operations.
• Direct and coordinate clinical trials projects across sites.
• Maintain regulatory documents for IRB, sponsor, and site.
• Coordinate study visits, initiation, close-out, and monitoring visits.
• Oversee patient eligibility, enrollment, and informed consent.
• Maintain databases for all clinical trials and report adverse events.
