Inter-Co Division 10 is seeking subcontract installers/installation teams to support commercial construction projects around Phoenix, AZ. The role requires experience installing metal, phenolic, stainless steel and plastic toilet partitions, as well as washroom accessories and lockers.

You must read blueprints, work independently on sites and coordinate with Inter-Co Project Managers on expectations and progress.

Competenze

• Experience installing metal, phenolic, stainless steel and plastic toilet partitions, commercial washroom accessories and/or lockers.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to work independently on jobsites.
• Frequent communication and coordination with Inter-Co Project Managers regarding project expectations and job status.
• Identify potential issues or conflicts in site-specific conditions.
• Responsible for supplying tools, a cargo van or trailer and other installation equipment.

• Compensation is determined on a project-by-project basis and work is paid on a piecemeal basis.
• Requirement to have your own insurance including general liability.
