Job summary

Inter-Co Division 10 in Katy, TX is seeking subcontract installers for commercial washroom projects. You’ll install partitions and accessories, read blueprints, and coordinate with project managers on site.

Candidates must bring their own tools and general liability insurance, and be able to work independently on jobsites. Compensation is determined per project, with pay issued piecemeal; experience in metal, phenolic, stainless steel or plastic partitions is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience installing toilet partitions, washroom accessories or lockers.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Work independently on jobsites with supervision from Inter-Co PMs.
• Own insurance including general liability is required.

Responsibilities

• Install metal, phenolic, stainless steel and plastic partitions and related washroom goods.
• Coordinate frequently with Inter-Co Project Managers on status and expectations.
• Identify site conflicts and communicate risks promptly.
• Provide own tools and drive a cargo van or trailer to sites.

• Compensation is determined on a project-by-project basis and work is paid on a piecemeal basis.
