Job summary

Inter-Co Division 10 hires subcontract installers to support commercial construction projects across Miami and other Florida cities. You must bring experience installing toilet partitions, washroom accessories, and/or lockers, and be able to read blueprints.

Independence on job sites and coordination with Inter-Co Project Managers are essential, as is providing your own tools and a van/trailer, plus carrying general liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience installing metal, phenolic, stainless steel and plastic toilet partitions.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Must have general liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work on commercial sites across Miami/Florida on a project-by-project basis.
• Communicate with Inter-Co Project Managers about progress and expectations.
• Provide required installation tools and a van or trailer.
• Identify site conditions and potential conflicts.
• Ensure timely completion per project scope.

• Experience installing metal, phenolic, stainless steel and plastic toilet partitions, commercial washroom accessories and/or lockers.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to work independently on jobsites.
• Frequent communication and coordination with Inter-Co Project Managers regarding project expectations and job status.
• Identify potential issues or conflicts in site-specific conditions.
• Responsible for supplying tools, a cargo van or trailer and other installation equipment.
• Compensation is determined on a project-by-project basis and work is paid on a piecemeal basis.
• Requirement to have your own insurance including general liability.
