Job summary

Inter-Co Division 10 is seeking subcontract installers/installation companies to support commercial construction projects in Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas. Ideal partners have experience installing metal, phenolic, stainless steel and plastic toilet partitions, and can read blueprints to execute installations accurately.

Installers should be able to work independently on jobsites and maintain clear communication with Inter-Co Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience installing metal, phenolic, stainless steel and plastic toilet partitions.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to work independently on jobsites.
• Frequent communication and coordination with Inter-Co Project Managers regarding project expectations and job status.
• Identify potential issues or conflicts in site-specific conditions.
• Responsible for supplying tools, a cargo van or trailer and other installation equipment.
• Compensation is determined on a project-by-project basis and work is paid on a piecemeal basis.
• Requirement to have your own insurance including general liability.

Responsibilities

• Install toilet partitions, washroom accessories, and lockers on commercial sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project drawings to ensure proper installation.
• Coordinate with project managers to align on expectations and timelines.
• Identify and address site-specific conflicts and issues.
• Provide required installation tools and vehicle as needed.
