Job summary

Inter-Co Division 10 is seeking subcontract installers for commercial construction projects across the Northeast. Responsibilities include installing metal, phenolic, stainless steel partitions, washroom accessories, and related items, reading blueprints, and coordinating with project managers on site status.

You will work independently on jobsites, supply your own tools and vehicle, and must carry general liability insurance. Compensation is project-based and paid piecemeal.

Qualifications

• Experience installing partitions, lockers, washroom accessories and related items.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to work independently on jobsites.
• Frequent communication with project managers about status and expectations.
• Identify potential site-specific issues or conflicts.
• Must supply own tools and transportation, insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Install partitions, lockers and related washroom products on commercial projects.

• Coordinate with Inter-Co Project Managers on site expectations.
• Identify and resolve site issues or conflicts.
• Bring and maintain personal installation tools and vehicle.

Is the role right for you?

• Experience installing metal, phenolic, stainless steel and plastic toilet partitions, commercial washroom accessories and/or lockers. Other items include, but are not limited to; bike racks, closet shelving, apartment mailboxes, shower doors, visual displays, and wall protection.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to work independently on jobsites.
• Frequent communication and coordination with Inter-Co Project Managers regarding project expectations and job status.
• Identify potential issues or conflicts in site-specific conditions.
• Responsible for supplying tools, a cargo van or trailer and other installation equipment.
• Compensation is determined on a project-by-project basis and work is paid on a piecemeal basis.
• Requirement to have your own insurance including general liability.
