Somewhere is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative for a growing US-based business. You will communicate with customers via phone, email and chat, and proactively solve problems to keep clients happy.

Responsibilities include data entry, cross-team collaboration, and working US business hours. Google Workspace and CRM tools will be used daily. This role offers long-term potential with USD compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in customer service.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• 1–5 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and CRM software.
• Excellent phone, written and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
• Requires a second monitor and fast computer.
• Backup power by generator or battery.
