Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylist to help customers discover products that fit their aesthetic and lifestyle. You will work with clients to create complete looks and demonstrate multiple ways to wear items, while guiding purchase decisions and ensuring a smooth checkout. A strong brand knowledge and excellent service are essential.

Greet guests, listen to their needs, and propose on-trend styles. Prior retail experience and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays are preferred

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills and ability to communicate clearly with customers.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with a team to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide styling advice with strong product knowledge.
• Actively listen to understand customer needs and suggest complete looks.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Maintain stockroom organization and assist with POS transactions.
