Job summary

Hollie Ray Boutique in Nashville/Franklin seeks friendly Stylists to help customers assemble outfits, provide styling ideas, and create an inviting shopping experience. You’ll learn our brands and newest arrivals while assisting at checkout and keeping the store looking its best.

Availability ranges for weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Opportunities for both part-time and full-time roles depending on location, with a strong 40% employee discount and a fun, fashion-driven work

Qualifications

• Genuine enjoyment in talking to and connecting with people.
• Love for fashion with an eye for outfit coordination.
• Comfortable starting conversations with customers.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside your team to meet daily store and sales goals.

Hollie Ray is a locally owned women's boutique with locations throughout Nashville and Franklin. We're looking for outgoing, dependable, fashion-loving Stylists to join our team.

This isn't just a job at the register. Our Stylists are a huge part of the Hollie Ray experience. You'll get to know our newest arrivals, help customers put together outfits they love, create an inviting shopping experience, and help keep the store looking its best.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and make them feel comfortable from the moment they walk in

Availability

Retail means our busiest times are often when everyone else is off! Applicants should have availability for a combination of weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities may be available depending on location.
