Job summary

Hollie Ray Boutique is seeking fashion-forward Stylists to help customers create outfits they love at our Franklin, TN locations. You’ll guide shoppers, build looks, and provide a warm, engaging shopping experience while staying upbeat and energetic.

As a stylist, you’ll learn our brands, restock merchandise, and support daily store goals in a collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing communication with customers.
• Ability to help assemble outfits and provide styling suggestions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and make them feel comfortable from the moment they walk in.
• Help customers find pieces, build outfits, and discover styles they feel confident in.
• Create fitting rooms and provide helpful, genuine styling suggestions.
• Learn our merchandise, brands, fits, and newest arrivals.
• Complete purchases and assist customers at checkout.
• Restock and merchandise the sales floor throughout the day.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Work alongside your team to meet daily store and sales goals.
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly.
