Job summary

Frank & Eileen's Madison Avenue flagship seeks a passionate Stylist to deliver a luxury styling experience, build relationships, and curate wardrobes that inspire confidence. This full-time seasonal position offers 30-40 hours per week depending on business needs.

Responsibilities include guiding customers, opening/closing procedures, clienteling, achieving sales goals, maintaining presentation standards, and contributing to an elevated in-store environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in luxury or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to perform opening/closing duties.
• Comfortable with technology (POS, clienteling tools, iPads/iPhones).
• Team player with proactive problem-solving and customer engagement.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Support daily operational tasks, including steaming, replenishing, organizing, and maintaining pristine presentation standards.

Named in honor of Audrey's beloved Irish grandparents, the brand has grown slowly and intentionally into a woman-owned, woman-led leader in sustainability and slow fashion. After seventeen years of steady growth through wholesale partnerships and direct-to-consumer e-commerce, Frank & Eileen recently opened its first US flagship store—an Irish country house on Madison Avenue, NYC. This new chapter continues the brand's legacy of using entrepreneurship as a force for good while delivering generationless style to our beloved community of customers—all from our HQ in sunny California.

The Role

Frank & Eileen's flagship store on Madison Avenue is seeking passionate, client-focused Stylists to join retail team on a seasonal basis. As a Stylist, you will deliver a luxury styling experience, building lasting relationships with our customers and creating wardrobes that inspire confidence and joy. This is a full-time position at 30-40 hours per week, based on business needs.

  • Steaming and preparing product for the floor.
  • Replenishing, organizing, and maintaining pristine presentation standards.
  • Participating in cleaning and upkeep to ensure an elevated environment.

Who You Are

• 1–2 years of experience in luxury or specialty retail, with a passion for styling and customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to perform opening/closing duties with integrity.
• Comfortable with technology (POS, clienteling tools, iPads/iPhones) and adaptable to new systems.
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to navigate stairs and move between multiple floor levels throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach to replenish/organize merchandise and assist customers.
• Manual dexterity to handle merchandise, operate a POS system, and process transactions.

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range starting at $22-$28 plus eligible for team bonus incentive program.
