The Company

Frank & Eileen was born in 2009 when former engineer Audrey McLoghlin sought to reinvent the button-up for women—a category previously focused solely on men. Inspired by Audrey’s Irish grandparents—our brand namesakes, Frank & Eileen—we have grown slowly and intentionally from our best-Italian-fabric-in-the-world-obsessed beginnings. Now a globally recognized fashion brand, Frank & Eileen is a certified woman-owned, women-led B Corp business that has retained 100% ownership while working with the same ethical, sustainable manufacturers for over a decade. Our mission is to model and support female entrepreneurship as a force for good—all from our family-friendly HQ in sunny California.

The Role

Frank & Eileen is opening our very first US flagship store on Madison Avenue in New York City. From our Irish country house HQ in sunny California to the heart of Manhattan, our woman-owned, woman-led, B Corp-certified brand journey continues as we enter our NYC era. Join us in this exciting evolution of our business - we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Specialist (Full-Time) to support our Back of House team at the Madison Avenue flagship. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations, with a focus on inventory management, shipment processing, and operational excellence. This position will work behind the scenes to create a seamless experience for both our team and our customers on the floor.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise shipments with accuracy and care.
  • Support inventory management including stockroom organization, replenishment, and transfers.
  • Prepare product for the sales floor, including but not limited to tagging, steaming, folding, and replenishing as needed.
  • Partner with Front of House team to ensure timely product availability for customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back-of-house environment that reflects Frank & Eileen standards.
  • Assist with operational tasks including supplies management, packaging preparation, and special projects.
  • Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards in all back-of-house processes.
  • Support additional operational tasks and directives from Store and Assistant Managers and Visual Merchandiser as needed.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed.
Who You Are
  • Previous retail, stock, or operations experience preferred (luxury or specialty retail a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and dependable team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting boxes (up to 50 lbs.), climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and lifting.
  • Frequent handling of inventory including folding, steaming, tagging, and replenishing product.
  • Support in moving and organizing stockroom fixtures, shelving, and storage systems.
  • Assist with assembly, placement, and adjustments of shelving, fixtures, and displays during store setup and seasonal floor moves.
  • Flexibility to adapt to physically demanding tasks as part of new store opening and ongoing operational needs.
