Regis offers a 90-day stylist-in-training position designed for aspiring, unlicensed stylists to learn the business and become licensed. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, learning from management and peers, and helping grow the salon's business.

Promotion to the stylist role is not guaranteed and requires the appropriate license, demonstration of duties, and alignment with Regis values such as honesty, accountability, integrity, and respect.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain licensing within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a dynamic salon environment.
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Computer knowledge including POS systems and data entry; flexible scheduling including nights/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell salon services and retail products; help grow the business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and greeting customers professionally.
• Observe and learn from experienced stylists and managers, ask relevant questions.
• Assist with daily salon operations, including answering phones, stocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness.
