Job summary

Regis is seeking a stylist-in-training for a 90-day, on-site role designed to train an unlicensed individual into a future stylist. You will deliver excellent customer service, support management, and learn business operations while working in a dynamic salon environment.

Responsibilities include promoting services and retail, assisting with daily tasks, and maintaining professional communication with customers and staff. A promotion to stylist is possible after licensing and performance review.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain the license within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a dynamic salon environment and multi-task.
• Good time management and professional communication with customers and staff.
• Comfort with using POS systems and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Market and grow the business through service recommendations and retail.
• Provide exceptional customer service and greet clients by name.
• Assist with daily salon operations and administrative tasks.
• Observe and learn from senior stylists and managers.
• Assist with stock, scheduling, POS transactions, and cleanliness.
