Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Stylist to engage with guests, consult on their hair care needs, and recommend products and services to enhance the guest experience.

The Stylist delivers quality professional services with a focus on the guest’s total look and supports the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager in achieving sales, productivity, and service goals while maintaining store standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant salon experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for services and product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair design, haircuts, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup and related services.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to store performance.
• Demonstrate business acumen and drive guest service and retention.
• Conduct product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation and Ulta Beauty procedures and standards.
