Ulta Beauty is seeking a dynamic Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend services and products. The role focuses on delivering high-quality professional services with emphasis on guest total look, sales, and productivity while supporting the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager.

Ideal candidates will have a Cosmetology license and salon experience, with strong customer service and the ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Proficient in latest salon techniques and product knowledge.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, treatments, and makeup where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly service sales and productivity goals through exceptional guest service and retail sales.
• Demonstrate business acumen and identify opportunities for growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives for a superior guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain consistent attendance and salon standards.
