Ulta Beauty is seeking a Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. Responsibilities include delivering quality professional services, supporting store targets, and staying informed about industry trends to enhance the guest experience.

You will work with the Experience Manager and Assembly Manager to ensure exceptional service, maintain salon standards, and participate in ongoing trainings and promotions.

Competenze

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to store retail targets.
• Demonstrate product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures and state guidelines.
• Maintain salon and salesfloor cleanliness and adhere to dress code.
