The role requires passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge. Flexibility for a varied schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous salon experience preferred.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, and extensions.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services.
• Demonstrate business acumen and opportunities for growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and improve the guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and ensure safety and sanitation procedures.
