Active TX cosmetologist or barber license required; minimum one year in a salon or barbershop is preferred. Join a team that provides marketing support, rewards performance with commissions, and offers benefits after 60 days, plus 401(k) match and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology or Barber license in TX.
• At least 1 year of salon or barbershop experience.
• Proficiency in men’s grooming, haircuts and beard care.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure everyone who walks through our door feels welcomed and valued.
• Communicate effectively to ensure clients are satisfied with the services rendered.
• Perform hair and beard cutting, trimming, and styling according to the clients’ preferences, along with other services, including massages, color services, shaving, and waxing.
• Utilize the POS system to add notes in clients’ accounts.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions.
• Work cohesively with the salon team to achieve the salon performance goals.
