Qualifications

• Active Texas cosmetologist or barber license.
• At least 1 year of salon or barbershop experience.
• Proficiency in men’s grooming—haircuts and beard care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure clients feel welcomed and valued.
• Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction with services rendered.
• Perform haircuts, beard trimming, coloring, shaving and related services per client preferences.
• Utilize POS system to add notes in client accounts.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, promotions.
• Collaborate with salon team to meet performance goals.
