Job summary

Boardroom Salon for Men in Sugar Land, TX is looking for a full-time stylist/barber who delivers exceptional hair and grooming services in a welcoming environment. You’ll perform haircuts, beard trims, massages, color services, shaving and waxing, while using our POS to note client preferences and upsell promotions.

Immediate clientele and marketing support help you grow quickly. Competitive hourly earning from $30 to $34 with base, tips, and commissions; benefits after 60 days, 401K with match,

Qualifications

• Active Texas cosmetology or barber license
• At least 1 year of salon or barbershop experience
• Proficiency in men’s grooming (haircuts, beard care)
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to make clients feel welcome and valued
• Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction
• Perform haircuts, beard trimming, massages, color services, shaving and waxing
• Use POS system to add notes in clients’ accounts
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products and promotions
• Collaborate with salon team to reach performance goals
