Job summary

Boardroom Salon for Men in Houston, TX is seeking a Hair Stylist or Barber for Uptown Park/Galleria. This hourly role offers base pay plus tips and bonuses with expected earnings of $32-$48 per hour.

You will provide outstanding grooming services, maintain client relationships, and contribute to a high-energy team focused on exceptional client experiences. Valid Texas cosmetologist or barber license required; prior salon experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas cosmetologist or barber license required.
• Superior client service and communication skills preferred.
• 1+ year salon or barbershop experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure clients feel welcomed and valued.
• Communicate effectively to ensure client satisfaction with services rendered.
• Perform hair cutting, beard trimming, styling and related services per client preferences.
• Utilize POS system to add notes in client accounts and support sales/promotions.
• Collaborate with team to achieve salon performance goals.
