Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure clients feel welcomed and valued.
• Communicate effectively to ensure clients are satisfied with the services rendered.
• Perform hair and beard cutting, trimming, and styling according to clients’ preferences and include related services.
• Utilize the POS system to add notes in client accounts.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the salon team to achieve performance goals.
