Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylist to help customers express their personal style and incorporate Kate Spade into their wardrobe. You will greet guests, assess needs, provide styling advice, and guide purchase decisions to ensure a seamless checkout experience.

In this role, you’ll demonstrate brand knowledge across categories, maintain stockroom organization, and participate in omni/virtual selling. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a team.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Provide styling advice and create complete looks.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure seamless checkout.
• Maintain stockroom organization and POS transactions.
