Kate Spade New York seeks a stylist to assist customers in selecting products that fit their aesthetic and lifestyle. You will help customers express their personal style and show how Kate Spade pieces can be integrated into existing wardrobes.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, offering styling advice, driving sales, and maintaining store operations. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and busy seasons is required.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
• Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Maintain stockroom organization and POS transactions.
• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return.
