Kate Spade New York is seeking a Stylist to help customers express their personal style and incorporate Kate Spade pieces into their wardrobe. You will greet guests warmly, listen to needs, and demonstrate product knowledge to guide styling and purchase decisions.

The role emphasizes storytelling, brand knowledge across all categories, and a willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques. A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and busy seasonal days, is required to meet business

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business—including nights, weekends, busy season, and high‑traffic retail days.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen and ask insightful follow‑up questions to understand customer needs.
• Provide styling advice, suggest add‑ons, and create complete looks.

• Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, inviting them to return.
• Maintain stockroom organization and POS transactions.
