Job summary

Marc Jacobs International seeks a Sales Associate for its Houston Galleria location in Houston, Texas. You will drive sales and service by delivering an exceptional client experience, engaging in clienteling, and assisting with store operations.

Responsibilities include achieving sales KPIs, keeping the store guest-ready, building relationships with clients, and sharing knowledge of the Marc Jacobs universe. You must be flexible to work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role with a focus on customer service
• Experience in generating sales, building, and developing client relations
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Delivers Excellence and empathy for clients
• Entrepreneurial spirit and brand DNA alignment
• Creative and innovative mindset with curiosity and collaboration
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
